Water has been leaking in this basement, and mold is beginning to grow.
Moisture is entering this crawlspace, it is not insulated properly, and the support blocks are beginning to fail.

Since the crawlspace already has concrete floors, this drainage matting is installed under the CleanSpace liner to create an airspace that allows water to flow to the sump system.
