The hole has been dug for the window well and the foundation is being prepped to install the Egress Window.
Water has been entering this basement and causing damage to it.
Water has been leaking through this basement window.
CleanSpace will drain wall leaks down to WaterGuard, which will drain this water to the sump pump.
This perimeter drainage system will catch the water leaking down the walls and lead it toward the sump system.
The RockWell includes an airtight lid that will keep water and debris out of the window well.
A look at the old sump pump. If you have an existing sump pump that works, we can tie our perimeter waterproofing system into it.
Water and moisture have entered this crawlspace, causing mold to grow.
