All phases of the experience with Woods Basement Systems (from talking to the sales representative to getting the work done, to talking to the call reps) was excellent.

I found a small leak in one of the discharge pipes. I called & the call rep needed to check & she would call me back. She called me within 30 minutes & the leak was fixed the same day. I really appreciated the superb customer service.

The sales rep knew his product & I was especially impressed that he actually listened to us & took our special needs into consideration.

William Fennoy & his crew were great. They worked hard & were very respectful. I was impressed with their professionalism.

They did the best they could due to very little light by the time they were finidhed.
