The supervisor noticed a mistake in the sales proposal. He said if the sump pump were installed where it was proposed, I wouldn't be able to go up or down the basement steps. He also found something on the proposal that was unnecessary, thus saving me a little money. Very much appreciated!

What made you choose our company:
My sister is on the City Council and talked with an employee at an event. When I had water in my basement, she recommended Woods. I talked with a neighbor and told him I was going to call Woods. He complained that the company he used had been bought out twice, he still had water coming in, and they didn't return calls. He warned me that it would cost me $10,000. Thankfully, my experience with Woods proved him wrong.
