I didn't give a 5 to any of the questions only because no one is perfect....we all have room for improvement in every aspect of our lives....at least this is my feelings.

But I am very satisfied overall and it is not like I can see what they did....it is all underground.

What made you choose our company:

I also had Helitech come out....but Woods did a much better inspection and explained the whole process better!!!!!! Woods employees were all very polite and informative and the four men who did the job hustled and worked hard all day. I offered the use of the bathroom but none of them did and it was a cold day and they did not take breaks.....at least that I saw. I was amazed how they could dig so deep by hand....the four men at my house are very very dependable

workers!They worked hard the whole time!
