Despite disappointments with the initial job, Woods was sure (through Chris Armstrong specifically) to ensure we were happy with the work to the point where follow-up work was done to satisfy. Much appreciated. Other than saving the job, Chris also secured a future customer for more work to come.

The call representatives weren't always most up to date on the situation specific to our job, so sometimes created unnecessary questions on the part of the caller and receiver (me).
