A flex-span repair had been installed on 3 vertical cracks in our foundation approximately 11 years ago. One of the repairs was found to be failing and a service appointment was scheduled. Quinton Westbrook arrived early for the appointment, water tested the crack and confirmed it was no longer operating as required. He replaced the flex-span and concrete quickly and left no mess behind. He was professional and did a great job.
