Back in 2010 I read about your Triple Safe Sump Pump System and because I was having such difficulty with previous sump pumps, decided to have your company install that system plus a discharge line. The sump pump system is good; however, the discharge line collapsed in 2011, resulting in water in my basement. No problems since then. I chose your company specifically because you offered the Triple Safe System.
