4.6 out of 5Only suggestion would be to have better communications between Sales, Office and Installation staff. When customer tells the salesmen something (or provides him with a map on how to get to location where work is to be performed) pass it along! When office staff is contacted regarding questions, pass it along to installation crew. Lastly, have back up trucks readily available so it one breaks down, the crew can move there gear into another and make appointment on time..
There seemed to be a disconnect between sales, office and intallation crew as far as communicating our work to be accomplished and how to get to our lake house.
Good inital contact and when attempting to have work performed
Aaron very professional and knowledgable. however he didn't take into consideration the ground clearance needed for exit pipes and they had to be relocated as to where we thought they would go. Should have looked outside to make sure there was at least a minimum of one foot clearance from exit pipes to ground level.
Great crew and a second crew was called in to assist as there truck broke down and they were 1-1/2 hours late from appointment time. They also had to work around the situation described above where pipes had to be relocated. I did have to pick both crews up at the gate approximately 15 minutes from house, because there GPS would not get them to house. Offered to send map to office, but they chose not to have me send it. The crew foreman Ron was excellent and worked very hard to overcome the obstacles that he and the crew encountered.
Very professional, clean cut and hard working men on both crews. They did an excellent intallation and clean up was very good.
