the salesman was great...I just had some issues scheduling and follow up in terms of getting on the schedule, but once it was identified, all went very well. Otherwise this would be a 5 in terms of rating the salesman.

Primarily did homework on the web and found the poly level system. I believe you are the dealer in this area for this product so there wasn't a choice there...but very pleased with your company's performance. At least for now (job done today), the results are exactly what I was hoping to achieve. The fact that you offer a 5 year guarantee made it a very easy decision for me to go with you and makes a very strong statement about your belief in your product.
