What made you choose our company:

First, the competition's salesman was significantly late for our first appointment. Also, we did not like the depth clause of the competition; however, when we were ready to sign with Woods, we were disappointed that a depth clause policy had been initiated. Overall, we were able to work things out to an agreeable final result.
