Sales Process
Offered to come out and help me with my overly complicated basement ceiling. I didn't need the help, but appreciated the offer.
Our Installation Crew
Very nice group of guys. My only concern was the number of holes drilled to fill in installation. I was expecting only one and ended with 10+. We'll just need to repaint the area to make it look as it was before.
The Cleanup Process
Its like they were never here.

Random luck. I was looking for a service to help with efficiency and a Dr. Energy Saver truck happened to be next to me in traffic.
