Job review from Bill in Waterloo, IL 62298 on 02/27/19

Technicians were not able to get as much completed as they had planned on the 1st day. On the 2nd day the electrician arrived in the morning way too early to do the electrical work. There should have been better communication so that the electrician didn't arrive on the job until needed. Now the electrician isn't scheduled to finish the job until possibly March 7th.
