The appointment scheduling for both the waterproofing and wall restoration was off. When given the initial appointment times, I took that seriously since I wanted to be there with my mom when they arrived. They would change the morning of. It was crazy. For restoration, the appointment was at 1:30 and they called to say they'd be there at 9. You can't just show up when you want.
