Sales Process
Again, you're a little too proud of yourselves when it comes to pricing. The pumps were $300 x2, plus a battery...seems a 1 hour job labor total cost me around $1400.

What made you choose our company:
I chose you because I already had a TripleSafe installed due to the extreme amount of water that runs under my house. This pump functioned flawlessly for 7-8 years and oddly enough failed the day I had an annual inspection scheduled. I needed to have the problem fixed before my basement flooded and your guy was already at the house. I couldn't afford to wait for my warranty company to send a guy on a late Friday that may not have come enough.
