Call Representative
Kept getting calls will dealing with one sales representative from another representative to set up an appointment.
Sales Process
The one problem I had was with the contract was for the entire job, waterproofing and finishing. The contract did not detail the amounts due at different dates but just for the entire project completion.
Our Installation Crew
The waterproofing crew was scheduled to go to another job on the third day and had to come back two weeks later to finish.
