I was initially told a breakdown would result in a two hour delay in arrival. In actuality no one ever showed on the scheduled day and I lost a vacation day for no reason. Communication of the situation was poor. My time off is valuable to me and this lack of communication was very disappointing.

I was disappointed to find one four foot section was filled with a product other than the WaterGuard IOS. At this price point I would expect installation 100% of the product I was billed to have installed. I found the crew to be very professional and pleasant to work with. They represented your company very well.

They did an excellent job cleaning up.
