The professionalism of the salesperson, the modern equipment used during the quote and the thorough presentation represented in the literature. I choose Woods over a lower price by B-dry due to the above. The dehumidifier required attention 2 days after the completion of the job and a service man took care of this the very next morning. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
