It wasn't a crew; it was one person, David Gass. He was great! He called at about 8:05 and said he was about 10 minutes away and asked if he could come then. He explained that after my dehumidifier was put in last October, some started having problems; and that he would be replacing my dehumidifier.

When I had water in my basement in 2013, my sister recommended Woods Basement Systems. She was on the Collinsville City Council at the time and had met someone from Woods Basement Systems. She told me Woods is a family-owned company. Everyone has been great! When the crew came to waterproof my basement, the crew lead informed me that there were some mistakes on the estimate; and the corrections resulted in a cost savings. Wow!
