the sanidry humidifier was malfunctioning. when i initially called i could not get a service appointment for 15 or so days then i called back and we were able to get a service appointment in 10 days. i had to purchase another dehumidifier to cover this period of time.

i liked the sanidry product. i do not think i will re purchase again since woods basement is the only service repair in the area
