I have make 3 phone calls and talked with 3 different people concerning receiving a 50.00 referral reward for referring my neighbor, Scott Wittles at 104 Garrettford Drive. No one can tell me when I might receive the check.
Call Representative
When I made the appointment for the yearly checkup I was not informed that the price had increased by $40.00. To me this seems to be quite excessive given the work performed. This is something a customer should be told and not left up to the service Technician to break the news to the client.
Our Installation Crew
Clint did a fine job but not as thorough as Clay was on last during last years inspection and service.
The Cleanup Process
I wiped up some water after the job was done and cleaned a pvc pipe with a bleach water solution to remove some mildew on the pipe.

What made you choose our company:
Woods was the initial installer of my system so it seems logical to have you service and maintain it for me. Replacement pump was pricey in my opinion. Did not expect a 40.00 hike in service fee. A pump of this price should come with more than a one year warranty.Nearby Related Reviews:
