Overall good, but with a few problems. Woods masonry/concrete team did a great job. Next crew in on Aug 10th had no idea of what to do. They said the wall built by Frank was not completed then left after they could not get an answer from your office on what to do. Finally Frank and his crew showed up and completed the job in 2-3 days and new concrete back porch looks great.

Julia was our call center rep. She did a good job keeping us informed in the early stages of the project. But when we were having trouble with your crew showing up and not knowing what to do, we called her and most times couldn't give us an answer on what was happening, so she said she'd call us back. Call backs were not promptly returned. Also, Julia gave me the name of our job supervisor, Jeremy Raby, I think. After not getting a call back from Mr. Raby, we were told he is no longer with the company.

Bill Connor was excellent and offered alternative solutions and provided good recommendations.

Your masonry wall building and concrete crew, headed by Frank worked fast and efficiently. But your demo team showed up on Aug. 10th and didn't know what they were supposed to do, so they left. Frank and his crew came back and did the concrete demolition, backfilled the old oil tank room, and did the concrete work. Job looks great! But why did the demo team show up and not know what they were supposed to do, then leave?
