Very friendly and personable. Mostly knew what they were doing. Drilled an unneeded hole in the wall and the patch was ugly.

Joe Leisure sold us. The solution seemed comprehensive. I'd run into so many different stories and proposed solutions that Joe's clear explanations and trustworthiness convinced us to go with Woods in spite of the very high price.
