What made you choose our company:

My partner recommended your services. There was not a place on the survey for me to mention: I had a bit of difficulty with the concierge. I had been sending emails with questions and not gotten a response. When I called the Friday before the project was set to begin, I was informed my concierge was on medical leave. I was brought up to speed from there, but that was the only bump in the road.
