Call Representative
I think the representative should call a couple of days in advance. The first time I had to call, then my date was rescheduled. Also, the coordination with the electrician didn't happen. When my date was canceled they weren't notified, and I was told your workers would come at 8:30 am. The electrician came at 7:15 am. Not a big deal, just not smooth sailing.

The edging of the trap door on the egress window had been damaged by the lawn care company. The pieces were just left in the bottom of the well. I wouldn't have cared if they were thrown away, but then I thought maybe you can't throw stuff away without asking me.
