Sales Process
Brian was able to answer my questions and he understood even though I wasn't sure how to ask about the installation and what I could expect.
Our Installation Crew
They were working in not the best of weather, Tuesday it was windy, rainy and cold (30's) for the outside work. Wednesday they were able to work under the house but it was still cold and snowing. I'm glad I had a 2 car garage they were able to do some of the work in. Even in those conditions they were pleasant and easy to be around. Mike answered any question I had without any hesitation, he knew the answers.
The Cleanup Process
I have no complaints about cleanup, they did their best with snow on the ground.

What made you choose our company:

I discovered standing water in my crawl space and did a search on line for companies that could help me with the water problem. On my search for crawl space/basement water problems I filled out a short request for information. Woods Basement responded and I scheduled a time for your sales rep to come and look at my problem and give me a quote.Before the sales rep came you sent me very good information on crawl space and ground water. That information made it possible for me to understand and have a little knowledge of what I was dealing with. I really did not get another estimate because I looked online and checked comments and Better Business ratings for you and the local contractors. You were the only one that had a BBB rating. Thank you.
