Our Overall Service
The quality of work was for the most part good. We chose Woods over other companies and my comments are just to help make you better. I learned that Woods has different crews for different jobs. It seemed especially early in the project that there was a disconnect in the right hand knowing what the left hand was doing so to speak. There were scheduling issues granted due to Covid which was expected, but at times I had to be the one calling to re remind the company that other work and other jobs needed to be done. The ladies namely Billie and Felicia were very helpful in helping organize and pull things together. I just think an overall overseer needs to be aware of all the jobs a customer needs as in our case where we had several jobs going at once. The young man Calvin was very helpful and answered many questions. As an example of what I was referencing about poor follow up at times. Yesterday as Calvin and crew were finishing I asked him if he could come outside and take a look at unfinished business on the sump pump job that was left incomplete since that crew left back on day 1 in October. He took pictures and said he would report this and quote it was totally unacceptable for that job to have been left in that condition. He is here today completing his work and has been instructed to finish that job from the October crew. This is information you need to know in order to improve and be a better customer service and quality control team.
