The product has worked for sure! But communication and other areas could use a little work. All in all, would still recommend!
Call Representative
I had called and was expecting an email in return but had to call back a few times before I could get someone to look at why our sump was failing.
Sales Process
We knew what we were getting into when we discussed our plans with Mr. Birckbichler
Our Installation Crew
Benjamin Tite was excellent to work with. He came and fixed the problem quickly. But he said that whoever installed our system did it improperly.
The Cleanup Process
Very tidy!
