When a salesperson tells a customer it is to be a two day job, inform them it won't be two consecutive days. We were scheduled for Tuesday, May 11 at 8:30 .The date was seven weeks out. the day before, they informed us they wouldn't be coming until the afternoon. They weren't finished and informed us they would be back on Saturday. They didn't as if we were available on Saturday. May 11, Tues. = 12:00 to 4:00, Wed.= no, Thurs.=3:30 to 4:55, Fri.= no Sat. = 8:15 to 12:30. We were not happy with the sporadic scheduling. If this is the normal routine, please inform your customers ahead of time so they can plan their days to be at home and available.

They were hard workers.
