Nolan was respectful, helpful and very informative, I believe he continued to be very helpful in answering my questions and getting answers between the sales and until the workers arrived.
Our Installation Crew
They were late getting here by an hour and early leaving by1 day. I am not happy at all with the finish on the concrete over the water guard system, the edges on the floor are very rough. I intend to paint the floor in a few months after all concrete has had a chance to cure and it will have a very rough finish. I would like to speak with a customer service representative about the finishing work that was done. I appreciate they worked very hard and were respectful of me, they were mindful not to ruin my upstairs flooring.
The Cleanup Process
They did a good job and it is obvious care and concern were practiced to clean up after themselves each day.

What made you choose our company:

Nolan's presentation and response to my questions, and the 100% warranty, this is my 3rd attempt to fix the problem. My recommending you to others depends on the company response to the finishing/resolution of the rough edges of concrete all around the outside of my entire basement. The job was done well until the finishing.
