The work wasn't done correctly the first time and not sure yet how the re-work will perform.

They seemed to have done a good job on the re-work. They even used a level to make sure the system was not pitching uphill, unlike the first crew.

What made you choose our company:

Initially it seemed that you had the best system to deal with my problem, unfortunately it was installed incorrectly and I still had water problems. It took 6 months to get you here to re-do the work. My basement has been in disarray for over a year. I am not sure how the new work will perform until the spring rains come, but I have more confidence that the system will work this time. Fingers-crossed.
