My overall satisfaction with the work is a 5, but scheduling problems hampered my opinion.

Call Representative

Very poor. Never, never returned calls or informed us of any delays when we were given a specific day the crew would be here.

Sales Process

Talked to them and scheduled my work last December, so its been a while.

Our Installation Crew

They were polite, and very professional and cleaned up the area very well, as well as leaving the yard in good shape.
