When you see someone digging holes in the frozen ground in 13 degrees weather and hustling around like its 80 degrees that says a lot. They were prompt, polite, friendly and answered any questions I had. You are fortunate to have such good workers.

You may not know what hard workers your installers are. Anyone who can work in freezing winter weather and still be pleasant and work hard deserves a bonus. The anchor crew and installation crew were great!!!!
