Job review from Sandy in O FALLON, MO 63366 on 11/09/21

We think the work done was great. Just think communication needs to be better. Had to call several times to see when the holes in the yard would be filled in - issue was city inspector did not arrive when he said he would. Then had trouble getting someone back out to fix a couple of leaks and getting the complete tool for future adjustments. Overall a great company to deal with but there were several issues after the installation was done that had to do with not enough staffing which is not something that is controllable and calling when visit is scheduled to make sure everyone is on the same page instead of having to wait for scheduled appointment and no-one showing up.
