The customer representative, Julia, just blew me away with her level of kindness and professionalism. My free quote isn't scheduled for several weeks so I cannot speak for the rest of the process, but I didn't want to wait to recognize what an amazing asset she is to Woods Basement Systems. In this day and age it is a rare thing to speak with someone with such a pleasant voice and demeanor.

I am a loyal listener of the Heidi & Josh Show on the Big 550 KTRS and have heard your commercials for some time. Yesterday when I heard your representative interviewed live I decided I needed to finally make the call.
