Job review from Larry in Ballwin, IL 63021 on 06/04/14

I rated "best" because over all I'm satified pending experience with the current work. What is did not like was the fact that the work was estimated to be "one" day and turned into two very long days and part of a third. Second, the Salesperson did not consider the negative effect of tieing in the requested new drain into the existing drain (with sump discarge). This required additional days and a second estimate for cost. I expected to pay for work done so that it not the issue. It was a surprise to me. No one is happy with surprises.

Miguel, Reggie and Mike did excellent job. I've never seen three men work so hard!!!! Reggie retuned on Sat with TJ and they worked all day to complete the drain under the drive way. Greg and Will completed the drain behind the house today.

Best that can be expected with all that clay. I'm satisfied.
