Job review from James in Alton, IL 62002 on 06/25/14

We are very, very please with the workmanship or your crew and their attention to our satisfaction. When Doug first came out to give us the estimate, he said you would check your archives and see if you could find a record of my friend and she would receive $100 for referring us. I spoke with Ashley and she found the archived records and said the check would be mailed to our house for her. As of this date she hasn't received it in the mail or been delivered to her at work at Spring Gardens. Because of her recommendation, it is the reason we made the first call to your company. On Monday, June 23rd, we received a call from your office to make an appointment to come out and finish the job. The job was finished in about 3 hrs. Some of the covers we returned because of plumbing send wiring issues that they would not fit over 4 of the plates, so the job boss said he would contact the office and get us a credit for returning the 4 covers. I would appreciate your help on getting these 2 issues resolved. We have recommended your company to many, many people and I keep your phone number in my cell phone to give to everyone we talk to.
