Juan Hernandez (foreman) was EXCELELLENT! Arrived on time, worked quickly and left my home spotless. Protected my wood floors and great communication.

Poor communication about what was going to be done. Said our studs didn’t have to come out and say of ALL studs were removed (now I have to pay a contractor to replace all the wood and labor). When we had questions the day of install, Matthew Stevens, our sales rep did not return any of our calls. The issue was mitigated by the foreman on site (Juan Hernandez) who did an excellent job. But Matt should have been courteous to return out call since it was he that gave the quote and the details of project we paid for. This project exceeded cost because of poor sales promises. This, lower review for recommending. The work done was fantastic.

Excellent. Mr J Hernandez showed me process along the way. Work is immaculate and professional.
