Job review from Richard in Washington, MO 63090 on 10/31/14

Woods basement has worked very hard to ensure a satisfactory project. There were some unanticipated problems with the initial installation but they have all been corrected or are in the process of correction. (It is admittedly, difficult to know what will be found beneath a foundation!) There were some workmanship issues with the initial crew but subsequent crews have worked diligently to make corrections. I truly appreciate their persistence working to ensure a correct completion.
