My opinion is maybe your company should invest in the proper tools to both make the jobs go faster(therefore making the company more money in the long run)and this would be beneficial to your customers as to not take as much of their time up as jobs are done.And you probably would keep more employees that increase experience and efficiency as time goes on. This would also help maintain good employees. This also would make your customer satisfaction rise. Therefore everyone would be happy happy happy.
