Heard about company on radio from Jill Farmer. Only issue we had was changing start date to have sump pump put in. Once crew came out to install at no fault of their own, they spoke with husband of the work that would be performed. This past year last of heavy rain we had, for once, didn't worry about leaking basement. Was able to sleep knowing I would not wake up to a wet basement. Recently had a tech out name Dave Palmer for an appointment @ 8:30 am. More than what I expected for an inspection of a sump pump. He did a thorough inspection of our concrete, foundation and our 2 gutter spouts that we are thinking about getting worked on to keep water away from the house. After seeing our sump pump work and he added two items, one an alarm that was not put in at time of installation. He left my home with me knowing I feel comfortable on how the sump pump works. Explained more things to me that this company does that I didn't know. I would highly recommend this company.

Reason for this number. My appointment date had to be changed. All pertained to scheduling issue. I contacted Salesman, he checked and notified me new date was fine. Miscommunication somewhere. Crew didn't show up, had to be pulled from another job without fault of their own.
