This was primarily a service call on our triple safe pump system that was installed in 2008. The service rep, Ben Scobbie, did a great job servicing our system and explaining what he was doing. He identified a hole in the drain line in the yard and got permission from Woods to replace it for free at a future date, which was ABOVE AND BEYOND for him to do for us. He also identified some substandard hoses on our washing machine, and provided outstanding replacements. We are very please with the service we received.

We are a previous customer (Triple safe pump system and foundation supports) and have been very happy with Woods in the past.
