Final results were good, following some corrective measures, but now some vent covers are bowing out and seal is lost.

Initial installation crew did an unsatisfactory job, and follow-up work and corrections were required, bringing the rating down. Final crew did level 5 work.
The Cleanup Process
Similar to installation crew experience, above. Final result was very good.
