Overall my experience with Woods Basement Systems was great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, they offered the best warranty of the 3 bids we recieved and they were able to complete the job in 1 day when the other companies were going to have to make multiple trips over a 2 week period to do the same work.

From the bidding process when Randy would check in with me every couple of days without being pushy to the crew arriving explaining what they were going to do and then proceeding to complete the repair with professionalisim, accuracy and a minimum of disruption to the household, excellent job.

Comunication was accurate and timley. I really liked the follow ups and reminders, and the persons I talked to were always very nice.
Sales Process

I liked that I showed him what I needed repaired and he worked up a accurate repair bid and had it to me within a day. I also liked that he noted other options or offers without being a real hard-sell aboout it. I also appreciated his follow ups while we were getting bids they sounded more like he was reminding me you are there and ready and if I had any questions he was more then helpful.

The Cleanup Process

Fantastic, no mess that I could see was left by the work the crew did.
