Job review from Tomm in Florissant, MO 63031 on 11/25/15

Chadwick was wonderful! He personally inspected the concrete surface cracks we had noticed. ( -and stated that he would notify the office about the problem ). He said if we noticed any further problems -i.e: concrete chipping near cracks, etc. to give the office a call and we could work out a solution to remedy them ). He even sprayed the cracks with a silicone spray he had and said it might help. He also replaced the 9-volt battery in the water sensor and tested out the system ( -since I was unsure if it was working -since I hadn't heard it come on in the recent big rains we'd had ). He said a lot of people don't realize when it comes on because it's so quiet. He was right -it was amazingly quiet! I was very glad to see the system was indeed working ( -I probably hadn't heard it come on in the past rain ).Chadwick even used his speed wrench to tighten up the system's clamps (-he said they sometimes loosen from vibration ). All of this was "above and beyond" the call of duty in my book. We were very impressed with Chadwick's professional, helpful manner. Another great experience with a Wood's person!
