4.2 out of 5Also I emailed your company a while ago asking for a lien waiver for the work, my warranty and a copy of my contract, I have never received anything. As a customer I HATE having to do any work, ex: calling you to set my appt and having to contact you to get my paperwork...sorry but this is a real pet peeve of mine.

the only reason I've given a 3 is because no one called to set the appointment(After paying in full I had to contact you) and I still have not received a copy of my contract or warranty. Which means I will have to call you again even though the work is completed.

As I stated above, after paying in full I was told that someone would call me to set an appt., no one did. We were in a hurry because we were selling our home. I waited then finally I called you.
