Randy was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. Woods' pricing was in-line with, or better than, competitors' (per pier). Though I already did a lot of research, the marketing materials and videos helped explain the problem and the solution (why you use the piers you do, why you install them the way you do, etc.).
