Get rid of the electric pier drivers and go to the gas powered ones. Greatly will speed up the job. Do a better job of having backup equipment to mitigate equipment failures and time lost. When backing up your truck and trailer, especially at night, implement a procedure that the airlines use when backing out a plane from the gates--have a crew member in the rear for guidance and safety.
