Water would wash in under this door, a Trench Drain was set into the floor to capture that water and send it to our SuperSump pump.

SilverGlo foam insulated panels are infused with graphite powder to improve the insulating value. Each board also has a reflective coating that acts as a radiant barrier.
We applied 20 ml of CleanSpace Encapsulation along the floors of this TIGHT crawlspace and 10 ml along the walls.
In order to control any water coming in through the basement window and block wall, we installed a Well Duct drain from the window well through the block wall into a special channel. This channels water down into our subfloor WaterGuard system, which terminates in the existing sump pump. We also installed an Emeshield wall flashing system along the same walls in order to handle any possible water seepage through the block wall.
We installed a DryTrak Dewatering System along the North and East walls of the foundation. Water was coming from both the top of the Michigan ledge as well as at the base of the wall. In order to collect both areas of water at the same time, we used a combination of Drainage Matting and EmeShield. EmeShield will encapsulate the entire area in order to allow the water to take the free path of travel down to the Drytrak at the base of the wall. A SuperSump pump was installed in the area near the stairs, the plumbing was ran to the Northwest corner of the foundation, and discharged out 15...
