Debbie has the important job of scheduling production jobs and all that entails, including making sure we have all the necessary permits and licenses needed to work in Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan!  We've been blessed to have her, and she's been with our company since 2014.  Debbie enjoys knowing that Nova is a company that truly cares about it's customers and and she likes working with a company that goes above and beyond to help them!  

When Debbie isn't at Nova, she likes to stay busy.  You can find Debbie involved in church functions, volunteering and spoiling her four grandkids!

An Underground Downspout will pull roof water and the sump discharge water away from the foundation. It then gets released to a drywell box that we sink below ground level.
The expansion and contraction of the outside soil, can cause a poured foundation to crack. An Epoxy Crack Injection will correct the crack and comes with a life-time transferable warranty.

In order to collect water in the northwest corner of the basement foundation, we installed 18 feet of a Waterguard interior dewatering system. The system was then tied into a SuperSump pump that we placed in the Northwest corner of the foundation. The SuperSump pump system will collect water from the dewatering system, and the discharge was ran out the North wall of the foundation tying into an ice guard and was buried 15 feet down the hill into a Lawnscape. We applied 20 ml of CleanSpace Encapsulation along the floors of this TIGHT crawlspace and 10 ml along the walls.
A WaterGuard perimeter will allow water to be controlled and guided into a sump pump.
Our design was made to capture water that came in along the cove joint and also to relieve hydrostatic floor pressure with a Lateral Drain. This water would then be pushed to a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and ejected out a discharge buried in the ground outside.
We installed a DryTrak Dewatering System along the North and East walls of the foundation. Water was coming from both the top of the Michigan ledge as well as at the base of the wall. In order to collect both areas of water at the same time, we used a combination of Drainage Matting and EmeShield. EmeShield will encapsulate the entire area in order to allow the water to take the free path of travel down to the Drytrak at the base of the wall.
